No Tent Heat and Radar Treatment
For whole house treatment the attic is done with heat and the main living quarters is done using radar. This same treatment applies to individual condos, apartment units, and individual rooms as well. This treatment is for people who don’t want to tent or for houses with minimal termite evidence.

HOW CORKY’S NO TENT HEAT AND RADAR TREATMENT WORKS
The heat process is a perfect regional solution for attics. There are no chemicals or gasses used during the heat control process – just hot air. We seal off the infested area and gradually raise the temperature to 125 degrees, the temperature which kills the target pest. This temperature is maintained for at least 30 minutes to ensure the total eradication of the infestation. The entire heat process typically takes less than a day to complete, and moving out is not required.
Treatment
Radar detection of termites in the main living areas is a great no-tent and no-moving out termite control solution.If there are more than four areas of pest evidence, in the main living areas, such as exit holes with droppings, the possibility of having termites in inaccessible undetactable areas is greater and fumigation will be necessary.
We first make sure we find all of the termite colonies relative to all areas of droppings. Then we run the radar over all other areas we suspect may have termites. Radar detects termites crawling inside the wood. When the termites are detected, local treatments can be performed. Our termite control radar treatment is guaranteed for up to four years, just like our fumigation.

If drywood termites re-infest an area that we have previously exterminated, we will re-treat that area, free of charge, for up to four years from the date of our original termite control treatment. Any ancillary expenses will be covered by the homeowner. Termite Control Guarantee is not transferable to a new home owner. Certain exceptions apply to 4-year guarantee.
