We have developed these study guides with the technician in mind. Your responsibility will be to use your knowledge and experience to determine where a specific pest is coming from, why it is there, and what sustenance is maintaining it. Once you determine the pest and its biology you can search your inventory of tools to control it.
It is your job to know the local and regional pest problems and which ones you will likely have to target in pest control. Remember that it is YOUR license, and it is your responsibility to further your education and training in the field. These guides will help your success in these endeavors.

These guides include the state rules and regulations, outlined and highlighted in an easy to review form, including the laws and other aspects of the business which you will need to understand. We also designed these guides to be used as reference books that you can carry with you, as they have identification and information for the common insects and pests you will come across. These are not intended to be all-encompassing books, but all of this information is gathered in one helpful place to make your job easier on a day to day basis. We cover California, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts; and some books are available in Spanish versions.
