THE PLAN
Using the most effective spider treatment products and the most innovative treatment procedures in the industry, we do the following:
• Step 1: A
thorough inspection of your property is always performed by your
technician to search out existing trouble spots, that you may or may
not know about.
• Step 2: We
treat the window casings, door frames, eaves, foundations and cracks
and crevices to put the treatment in the areas where spiders hide or
where they find ways into
your home. *Air currents flowing from
under doors, around windows, and through cracks and crevices let
spiders know where they can immediately enter the home. We also treat inside your garage (if available).
• Step 3: Optional Landscape Spraying Service—Only $49 (an $89 value!)
We recommend treatment for the areas of your landscape where we know spiders search out & find their favorite foods. Spiders feed on all kinds of insects which live in and under the plants, shrubs and trees in your landscape. Therefore, we treat these plantings, not only to eliminate the spiders, but also remove the insects that provide them with food. Take away their food source and take away their reason for being on your property in the first place! This service is done at no extra charge for our Annual Service Plan customers as part of the Service Reward Program. See our “Service Plans” page.
*Interior services are sometimes necessary if the spiders have taken up
residence on the interior of the home. Interior services are available
for an additional charge.
INSIDE SPIDER SERVICE: (ADDITIONAL CHARGE) Our technician will inspect and treat areas of infestation which may include water sources (around plumbing such as the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, etc.), baseboards, and wall voids near plumbing (which may be reached through electrical outlets). This service is always done together with an outside service to ensure that spiders do not continue to invade from the exterior of the home.
We know that no matter what the plan, without a regularly scheduled maintenance program, reinfestation is a sure thing.
