Each type of pest has different characteristics and life cycles, and each requires a different plan to effectively overcome the infestation. We know that nothing ever gets done right without a plan. Cockroaches can spread diseases and contaminate food products! |
The Plan STEP 1-- We perform a thorough inspection of your structure and surroundings in order to determine the most likely harborage areas and the extent of the infestation. The property owner or occupant is given recommendations so that conditions sustaining the roach population can be minimized or eliminated. |
Brownbanded Cockroach
|
STEP 2-- On the first visit, we perform an exterior service—treating the window casings, eaves, door frames, and foundation to guard against infestations from the exterior of the structure. We then treat the inside areas that show infestations using the appropriate materials, which would include topical sprays, baits, or both. |
Oriential Cockroach
|
STEP 3-- A second treatment is necessary to break the life cycle of roaches and gain control of the infestation. This is an interior service, performed two weeks after the initial treatment, and will eliminate the cockroach nymphs which have hatched out after the first treatment. (Two weeks is a mid-point as cockroaches will reproduce in about 28 days). |
Cabinet Treatment
|

With heavier infestations, additional treatments may be required to gain complete control. These treatments are priced at $89 each. In cases of extreme infestation, other treatments and methods may be recommended, and estimates for these services will be given at the time of inspection. Exterior roach infestations (such as the Oriental Cockroach), will be treated similarly, but may not require a second treatment. In these cases the charge for a single outside service will be $89.
